Withdrawal information

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

It is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period expires.

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your statement. We generally use the same payment method and charge no fee for reimbursement.

If you expressly requested service to start during the withdrawal period, you pay a proportionate amount for service already supplied, where the statutory requirements are met.

For a paid service, the right expires on full performance only if, before work begins, you expressly agreed to an early start and acknowledged that the right ends when the contract is fully performed.
